During lunchtime, the first half an hour the attendees will be equally distributed among the tables in the lounge area among tables assigned to the Presenters, Platinum and Gold Sponsors. The attendees will be shifted ever 5 minutes between these tables. Than the second half an hour attendees decide what table they want to visit. Sponsored tables include not only Platinum and Gold Sponsors, but the Presenters of the day will also be assigned a table to be part of this event.
The table you are assigned will have your logo on it where you can make it a casual event or business, it is totally up to you. Booths are also given to Gold And Platinum Sponsors they are to be used to generate additional leads. It can be used for demos and discussions, company collaterals showcase like brochures, whitepapers, flyers etc.
